Chapter Four

A slow smile curved her lips. “We can’t do this again, Hayden.”

He brought his mouth to her neck, brushing his lips over her skin, igniting goose bumps everywhere. “Why not?” he murmured.

“Because once is an impulse. Twice…” Her mind went blank when he sucked, the erotic pain making her gasp.

“Twice?”

It took every ounce of willpower not to seek his mouth with hers. “Would be inexcusable.”

Hayden sighed but then looked at her with glittering eyes. “But you’re only going to masturbate for me. I want to watch. That’s it.”

“I don’t believe you.”

This time Tasha laughed. Yeah. Like she’d miss that opportunity. “Fine, but you have to go to the other side of the room. Over there.”

“Would it help to know I still loathe you in return?” Her heart sank when he brought out that sexy little grin again. It could only mean trouble. Apparently neither of them loathed the other quite as much as before.

Tasha made a show of inspecting her fingernails. “My way or the highway.”

He tsked. “Always trying to be in charge.”

“Because I am—”

The kiss that interrupted her planned tirade had her toes curling and the air around them sparking with energy. His tongue swept into her mouth, coaxing hers out to play. Hayden brought his arms around her waist and Tasha was sure to melt into a puddle of boneless flesh if he wasn’t there to hold her up. God, the man knew how to kiss! Taking her hand in his, Hayden positioned her fingers between their bodies, right over the crotch of her shorts. “Touch it.”

Without interrupting the way they continued to kiss, Tasha nodded. Over the soft cotton, she began a slow, deliberate rub. Just the way she liked to get herself warmed up. Then again, if things kept up with Hayden, she’d hit scorching in no time.

“Let me see,” he urged. A quick nudge had her lifting her hips as Hayden peeled shorts and panties away.
